just to find myself! Where the heck did I go? It's been almost 2 months since I've been here rambling. Can't believe so much time has passed by. I'm not even going to try to catch you up - way too much has gone on.... I'll just give you a quick point by point incomplete rundown on my life lately:
*we bought an 11 ft camper for the truck - yet to use it
*we had a great visit with Ron & Lynn over in Port Alberni at the beginning of July
*Lovebug had a breast cancer fundraising crop on July 14th that was amazing
*I won a bunch of stuff at the above-mentioned crop - like a tote bag, crop a dile, 3 Bugs paper and a St. Honore Cake (check it out on Wikipedia - St. Honore Cake - yummy!!
*Kane is growing like a weed and becoming such a little boy - and not so much a baby anymore!
*Kane is starting to talk so much - and understandable to more people than just Brian and I
*I made my first submissions to a publication - without any success, but I submitted
*I got 6 layouts into the 3 Bugs in a Rug gallery (they still appear there - check it out, My 3 Bugs Gallery Appearances)
*we had a major neighourhood fire that completely destroyed 2 houses and damaged others - less than 3 houses away from us - SCARY
*because of the above fire - Brian's photo was on the front page of the Mission newspaper!
*Rob & Logan came to visit at the beginning of July and we visited Science World and Playland - awesome visit - wish they could have stayed longer!
So that's my life in a quick, brief and incomplete nutshell.
As for currently, nothing much going on. Today I'm not overly busy at work, I have some stuff that I need to do that is not on a timeline - like filing that I just have no motivation to do at all. Maybe I'll pull out some of the old files and do some purging that might get me in the mood. Wishing I was independently wealthy and didn't have to work every day. {sigh} Guess I should buy some lottery tickets!
